Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Contact support@familywatchs.com for refunds or questions! We respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund/Exchange Process:

①Contact us through our official email support@familywatchs.com.

②Provide the order number.

③ Explain the reason for the refund or exchange.

④ If the product is defective, corresponding photos need to be provided.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

The following conditions are not refundable:

①Personalized basketballs cannot be returned or exchanged.

②There are obvious traces of use. The product does not have any defects.

 

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

①Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 48 hours.

②Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

③Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@familywatchs.com.

Please contact our customer service at support@familywatchs.com for the mailing address for returning the product.

Returns need to charge a 20% handling fee for the product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
