What are the payment options available?
Currently, we support PayPal payments. You can use your PayPal account or your credit card (if you do not have a PayPal account) to make your payments securely. Once you click submit you will be redirected to PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make a payment by entering your credit card details through PayPal by clicking "No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card"
When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
How many days would it take for the product to reach me?
If the items are shipped domestically, i.e, from our warehouse in United States, then depending on your location, it usually takes anywhere between 3 to 7 business days for the product to reach you. If the product is shipped from our international warehouses, it could take anywhere from 15 to 30 days for the items to reach you. You would be informed about shipping on the respective product page. Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder or you have not provided us your correct email ID.
I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes we do but at the moment we are only shipping to customers in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom.
Do you offer expedited shipping services?
Expedited shipping service is not currently available. We are, however, working on adding the same.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. If the product is eligible for tracking, you would receive the shipment tracking information by email as soon as your product is shipped.
The tracking number you provided doesn't work! Is this a scam?
No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the respective tracking site. It usually takes 3 to 4 days after the items have been shipped for the tracking information to properly reflect in the system. If you get invalid tracking details, check back again in a couple of days.
How do I return something?
